In concrete terms - what do we do? 

We are a software development company that develops digital products and websites for clients from England (mostly). We specialise in gamification, and spend a big time of our resources on developing our own products. With time, we plan to transform into a product based company (meaning one that has the majority of revenue coming from their own products).


Our expectations for a Sales intern:

The Sales Intern will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include conducting research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. 


You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required. Outstanding Sales Interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients. 

Sales Intern Responsibilities:  

  • Working closely with your team, and completing all allocated tasks

  • Research and generate lists of potential customers  

  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops

  • Help develop customer relationships and retain existing accounts  

  • Updating documents and sales records

  • Observing and carrying out sales processes 

  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions  

  • Assisting with negotiations

  • Student or fresh graduate 

  • Upper-intermediate level (preferably fluent) in English and Polish

  • Strong self-motivation.  

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.  

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  

  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.

Additional Points For

  • Previous experience with direct contact with customers

  • Knowledge of other languages than English & Polish

  • Interest in new Technologies, Start Ups, Marketing, and Sales
