In concrete terms - What does our organization do?

We are a software development company that develops digital products and websites for clients from all over the world. Our E-Commerce division specializes in delivering overall client experience by designing, developing and optimizing websites. We also create affiliate pages and any other individual products that are oriented to help businesses grow. At our core, our main area of interest is gamification. We focus on developing our own products to be a chance for future growth and at the same time provide everyone a little fun.

In concrete terms - What would you do?

Our E-Commerce team often runs several smaller projects in parallel, resulting in a healthy rotation of daily work. Typical projects include: E-Commerce design and development using Woocomerce, web design using Wordpress and PHP, custom plug-in creation or SEO / page speed optimization. The field of activity is broad and includes many different elements such as customer communication, design planning (with our internal designers), process improvement and much more. We cooperate closely with clients and have a real influence on the final outcome. Currently, each project presents different challenges, so it requires a customized creation model. On a daily basis, we use the ClickUp platform to organize activities and we try to introduce agile methodologies where possible.

It is important to note that the team growth is in an early stage and it expands quickly. Depending on the applicant’s suitability and performance, the position offers the opportunity to develop dynamically, e.g. by quick responsibility takeover or showing signs of improvement and autonomy in everyday functioning.

The team is very motivated and has a solid plan on how to keep growing and develop into something “much bigger”. Currently, the team needs the support of an equally motivated person who can become a pillar in the development of the entire company.
